Josie is a creative connector and a long established business owner in Morganfield. Cultivating Kentucky was a vision Josie had when dreaming up ways to build bonds between community contributors. Her passion is to develop a sustainable volunteer base and to support existing leaders.

Alexandra is passionate about teaching and developing community initiatives that will foster environmental and social resiliency. She brings with her a Bachelors in Sustainability, and will use her education as well as her history in Union County to nurture food literacy, self-sufficiency, and holistic community participation.
Alexandra was raised in Morganfield, volunteering and working alongside her parents since she was a young child. As a teenager she started a pocket park in Downtown Morganfield. She has spent much of her life invigorated to make change in her community. You can find her at any of the Union County Libraries where she's driven to pour into initiatives that build accessability and outreach in our community.
Amber is driven to bring people towards belonging. Amber and her husband, Jacob, are business owners and parents. She spends this season of life traveling homeschooling, running her business, and pouring into her family.
At her core, Amber is a writer, and she will use every experience at her disposal to help people put words to their own story, so that they can know and experience the truth that they are not alone. You can find Amber on the Motion Makers Podcast every Tuesday.
Nolan is a dedicated husband and father and is the Pastor of The Rise Church in Union County. He is passionate about reaching the hurting and broken in our community, and that is exampled through his daily life. Shelby is committed to recovery and comes to us after working in recovery services for several years. Her passion for connection is built on the truth that the opposite of addiction is connection. She believes that for change to be created it must be through inspiration, grace and love. Shelby knows that from one person's loving action a ripple effect can move through a community. She's committed to seeing that change happen.
Randy is Morganfield's Mayor, and he has used his time in office to believe in a better Morganfield. If you spend time in conversation with Mayor Randy Greenwell, you're sure to hear that he believes in our community and he is working diligently for a more connected community. He never misses an opportunity to pour into his city. He is at nearly every event planned in town, and he's always the smiling face we hope to see.
Spencer is passionate about creating a better future for the youth of our community. He spends his time cooking, because he's a creative and passionate cook in the kitchen. He has been hosting Memories in the Park for many years on Memorial Weekend. He is passionate about honoring the memories of family and friends, and that is why he launched his event.
